During the seminar, Xiaoting and Yiyuan discussed the potential of play in our daily life.
2 aims:
1. Making ordinary activities pleasurable
2. Enhancing positive behavior.

We are divided into four groups, each group proposes daily object/behavior which makes them bored. Then we exchange the issues with other groups and help others solve the problem. Finally, discussion and comment.

In the workshop, I found that some of us have the same ideas about boring behaviors in daily life. For example, waiting for the bus, brushing teeth, and clean the room.
To make these behaviors more playful, they came up with many unexpected methods. But how to balance efficiency and playfulness is also a question we should think about. Do we sacrifice efficiency for playfulness, or give up playfulness for efficiency?
Reflect thinking
As rapid changes in society and technology make flexible thinking, resilience, and adaptability more important than ever. Whether we're thinking about art, words, material stuff, ideas, or responding off the cuff, if we take a playful tack, this allows us to reinvigorate, create, innovate and learn in so many ways.
